With twenty-five years’ experience in human resources, organisation development and leadership development roles Clare has been a HR thought partner and coached heads of global functions, department leaders, managers, and individuals in a variety of roles and functions throughout her career. She creates a safe space in which coachees can explore what matters to them, increase their self-awareness, gain insight and work towards their goals.
Areas of expertise include coaching on people/leaderships topics, culture change, restructures, change management and performance management. She particularly enjoys working with clients transitioning into new or larger roles.
An independent consultant and coach since 2018, she has worked in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, airline, tech consultancy and care home industries. She has been part of leadership teams in addition to holding business partnering internal consulting positions. Experience includes facilitating individual and group programmes to drive business results/transformation whilst building capability at an individual, team and organisational level.
